HydroPro Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales. The position requires extensive travel across the North and Central parts of Texas.

The ideal candidate should live somewhere in the South Dallas to Austin area near the 1-35 corridor and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional sales. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently from home on a daily basis. The primary duty would be to deepen the relationships with our existing client base and find new sales opportunities to grow the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in water and wastewater operations as well as sales in a competitive environment.

Abilities we are looking for:

  • Must be able to learn and effectively communicate large amounts of product knowledge regarding HPS and our Partner OEM’s.
  • Must be detail oriented with a good eye for sales opportunities.
  • Should have experience working with contracts for MUD districts as well as operating companies and water authorities.
  • Proven track record in an independent sales role.
  • Strong sales stamina and old-school work ethic.
  • Ability to assist with initiatives and marketing efforts.
  • A sense of urgency and a very strong focus on results.
  • Patience and perseverance given that the sales cycle in the industry is a long process.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater systems required.
  • Experience in government and municipal sales HIGHLY

In this position candidates will be communicating with government entities and engineering teams, so a high degree of professionalism is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel by car
  • Ability to conduct company business outside of the typical Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, work-schedule preferred
  • Frequent travel with some weekend travel
  • Ability to work out of a home office

Compensation of base salary + commission, dependent on experience.

Chris Phillips

CEO

Chris holds a BGS & MS in Natural Resources from Texas Tech University. He brings over 25 years’ experience and has worked in sales and management in the AMR/AMI Metering industry while working in wholesale distribution as well as energy efficiency engineering services.

Greg Broyles

President

Greg brings over 27 years of direct Waterworks distribution experience to the HydroPro Solutions team. Greg has worked in sales, management, and operations within Waterworks distribution.  Greg has worked with his sales team to continue to provide the best support for HydroPro Solutions customers.

Maurice de Vries

CEO

Maurice holds a BS in Business from Louisiana State University. Maurice brings over 23 years’ experience directly in the meter/AMR/AMI manufacturing and distribution industries. Maurice has worked as both a Factory Representative in the Metering industry, as well as Product Specialist in the Distribution Industry.

Zach Whitt

Director of Operations

Zach holds a BS in natural resources studies from Texas Tech University. He brings over 11 years of management experience in logistics and operations in wholesale distribution. Zach works with the operations team, striving to provide the best customer experience possible in conjunction with optimizing resources and business operations of HydroPro Solutions.

Brett Hill

Director of Sales

Brett Hill joined the HPS team in 2016 managing accounts in the Houston Territory.  He has since filled the roles of Product Specialist and recently Director of Sales where he utilizes his 29 year history of selling experience to expand the Texas utility market for HydroPro Solutions.
